Jawdat has over 21 years of experience in Information Technology. He built his career by moving through the ranks to become a leader in the development of Financial, HR and ERP applications. Jawdat has exposure to many industries as he held senior executive level positions in high tech companies like GTE, Dun & Bradstreet Software, GEAC Computer, and Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), and in consulting companies like BiT Group, Inc.

Before founding CSSI, Jawdat cofounded XLera, Inc., a Boston based software development and management consulting company that focuses on the web technology to respond to their clients' business needs and develop the best of breed business applications.

Since 1984, and along side of his business career Jawdat has been teaching at Northeastern University in the fields of Mathematics, Information Systems and management.

Jawdat holds a bachelor of science degree in Civil Engineering and Master of Science degrees in Engineering management and in Management Information Systems.

Roy T. Weston

Mr. Weston brings over twenty five years of management, consulting, and systems development experience in the financial, Retail, and Manufacturing Industries to our company. He has proven communication, presentation, and management skills in end user consulting, strategic planning, project management, and systems development on a number of multi-platform and multinational projects.

His primary duties as CEO of The Business Continuity Group include the development of a long-term company strategy, future enhancements to the company operational model and the implementation of new product ideas.

Prior to joining The Business Continuity Group, Mr. Weston spent 15 years as CEO of Stafford Consulting, Inc.; a Boston based consulting company serving the Financial Industry.
